Newbie in need of some help and experienced advice(Auto-flower,closet,cfl grow)

Hey everyone, so due to some bad financial times and 10years of smoking alot of poorly grew, heavily sprayed and over-priced bags of green, i've finally plucked up the courage to try a hand at growing some of my own
Had to do things on the cheap tho, old wardrobe 2.5ft wide,1.5ft deep and about 5ft high, 300watt red cfl (eBay), standard 4"extractor fan & desktop fan(argos.. Multi-purpose compost and bag of perlite(homebase)..cheap dial-thermometer.. 3 and 5 litre pots, justfeminized.com auto ak47, auto white-russian x2, lemon-o-matic, auto low-widow and auto chronix..
No nutes bought yet as i'm led to believe autos take lightly to them, plan to get some sort of bloom juice some time in later stages. So things had started well, only watered them after 14 days because i had plastic bottles over them during 1st two weeks which kpt things pretty moist... Temp varies depending if the room window is open or closed but always between 22-28degrees..forgot to mention i'm in uk
In the last few days my plants have seemed to stop growing, turning yellow and the leaves are withering... I've moved the light further away as i figured it might be too hot and the shitty thermometer could be straight up lying to me..

Hey welcome, I started for the same reason, the prices are taking the piss in the UK today. Have you done a ph test on your soil? also 6 autos with one 300 cfl may be somewhat tricky. Im growing autos at the moment and I can confirm autos are sensitive to the nutes, I hurt mine pretty bad at one point lol. Heat isnt too much of an issue with cfl so the thermometer probably isnt lying.

same story got tired of spending 1k a month on smoke...I am growing autos but using hydro...from all I have read about soil...most quality soils only have nutes for about 3 weeks added already...I am no expert by any means I have only about 5 plants total grown so far...but it looks like they are hungry or the PH is outta wack and they aren't getting the food in thats there...good luck! with my autos I usually start with about 100ppms of grow nutes and 100 more the next week...i get my ppms between 300-400 within 3 weeks...when they flower...I usually start with the flower nutes...they are really sensitive and I have burned some strains doing this so I just back off and let them sit a week when I see spots...they usually recover and grow into the ppms in the bucket that way with some spotting...I dont think I have ever finished a plant over 800-850ppms...again good luck!
