Newbie Questions: Grow Electricity and Environment

Hey y'all.. I just concluded my first grow and would like to establish a much more consistent environment in my grow room.

I prefer not to shop online, and likewise, shop at my local hydroponics store. It ONLY distributes Hydrofarm products. It's more expensive, and a longer drive... But provides a 1-year warranty and instant gratification all while keeping money in the local community. With that being said... I am confused about controlling my grow room environment. I would like to control humidity with both a humidifier and a dehumidifier. I'm thinking a humidistat with two outlets that lets you set a min/max (Hydrofarm makes a 15a/120v humidistat that does this) BUT I read online about people only using a dehumidifier and a fan and/or an A/C... So I guess my question is :bigjoint::

What is the cheapest AND/OR the most efficient (and concise) way to control temperature and humidity in a room (sealed? Non-Sealed?) utilizing four 600w non-air cooled lights?

and...

How do I make a truly sealed room? Will I need a lung room? Are there any links out there to guides or journals that utilize a completely sealed environment?

Is it safe to assume every piece of technology in my room draws at least 7 amps? (Fan(s), ballasts@240v, air-conditioning, heater, dehumidifier, humidifier, light-mover, etc) And accordingly, put in a 100 amp breaker and power everything on it? How do you wire a 240v ballast?
I won't be assembling or connecting any of the hard-wired electricity, it will be done for me. I feel like if I don't understand what I'm talking about, in this instance and most others, I probably shouldn't commit to doing it myself. Any links to electrical guides or a good read on the subject would be greatly appreciated. I've been struggling to find MMJ related electrical articles other than stickies I've already gone through everywhere.

Thanks in advance guys,

Everything from my current grow (2x amazon 600w + 2 4bulb t5s) will more than likely go into a veg room.

I'm planning on ordering overtime:

can filter 150 (10" flange)
10" fan
insulated ducting
quiet clamps
black and white poly wall covering
1 gallon grow bags (with an organic soil mixture I made)
100 Gallon resevoir (w/ pump and slow drip irrigation system after first wave hand watering)
2 light movers
4 600w phantom ballasts (to be placed outside of the room )
4 adjustawing reflectors
4 hortilux super hps bulbs
high power HID controller (4 lights/4000w/30a)
humidistat
thermostat

I'm going to take several clones from my current plants, and turn them into mommas, and try to setup a SOG with 80 plants under each light (The 1 gallon grow bags are 5.5" x 4.75" which = 80 plants in 4x4' 600w footprint) Would it be feasible to yield at least 1/2oz a plant the first go round? I'm kind of confused with sea of green... I understand how to get it started... But not how to maintain it.. Take clones from current plants -> take 18 clones and veg them out to badass moms under 2x 600w mH -> take 80 clones across all 18 plants -> let veg in cloner for 1wk (how long it has taken to get nice root mass) then transplant into 1 gall pot and 12/12 -> wait two weeks -> repeat?

Too high..

Check out al b fuct's perpetual sog. I believe that's the info you need. Use google. All the questions you have asked, have been asked many times.

A mini split and a dehu with its own internal humidistat is all you need.
Running 2400 or 3600 watts your looking at an 18,000 btu AC. You could get by with 12,000 but DON'T!!

You need to google a little and learn about electricity. Amps x volts = watts is the magic formula
Rearrange it as you like. You are not going to need anywhere near 100 amps. Maybe 30

4 600 = 2400 watts/ 220 volt = ~11 amps
A 70 pint dehu pulls around 6-7 amps of 110 (therefore about 700 watts)
An 18,000 btu minisplit needs its OWN circuit with nothing on it. 20 amp 220

So you need two 20amp 220 circuits
1 20 amp 110
