Newbie set up, does this work?

Secret Jardin 2x2x5 tent (already got this)
Ipower 250w air cooled tube HPS
Valueline 171 cfm 4" centrifugal inline fan

That work for a 2-6oz./harvest setup? Shooting for 4 oz.

Right now I got some seedlings under a Blackstar 90w LED w/ a vornado for circulation and a 32cfm computer fan for exhaust in the tent.

Dont have the HPS or the inline fan yet. Just wondering, will that 171 cfm and the cool tube be enough to keep temps down in that small of a space?
 
I'd rather get a more powerful less fancy cfl which will be a little cheaper yet more wattage. Tent is fairly small and I went for a bigger tent to start off with but it all depends on why you're growing and how stealthy you want to be I guess. I also just used a normal desk fan, a pretty big one considering it's meant for being put on desks, it's basically a proper full on fan but without a stand and that seemed to keep the temp at about 30 degrees Celsius. I was also using 3 cfls that I think are 400 watts.

You didnt grow those monsters in your profile pic with that setup did you? Im just trying to get the max for my setup, hence the HPS.

What kind of yield do you think I could expect with cfls instead? I was shooting for at least a quarter pound every three months or so, sticking to heavy yielding short-medium indica hybrids. Chosen strain right now is THC Bomb http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/THC_marijuana_seeds.html

I dont know if I can get in trouble for saying this but my main purpose is to slang and make an extra g every once in awhile. I smoke only on weekends and get the hooked up with the chrons relatively easy here, no need for a personal grow. Just busy with a bunch of other shit which is why im keeping it small for now. Once I know the ropes gonna upscale
