Nirvana's [ice] grow

Hey everyone. Just as I have been promising.. finally got my camera back. So of course, I took some pictures of my two 'Ice' plants that I am currently growing. It's Nirvana's 'Ice' and its an incredible strain. First grow of this strain for me personally. But so far I've been blown away at how fast this strain germinates; vegs; and flowers.

The below pictures were taken today, about 30 minutes ago. As you see them in the pictures, they are both the same age (even though the one in the clay pot, started flowering about 4 days before the bigger one, in the green plastic grow pot). But both are on day #17 (as of today) of flowering. Just a few days away from starting week #3 of flowering. I highly suggest this strain for the moderate to experienced growers. Not really a good strain for beginners (noobs).

Anyhow, on with the pics I promised. (also, if you'll look.. I even wrote down my screen name on a piece of paper.. sitting between the two plants in the one picture just incase anyone had any doubts) Enjoy! I know I know ppl.... not much to see here as of yet. But just keep watching.. because within the next 3 to 4 weeks, both plant's will have something worth looking at.. as right now they're only 18 days into flowering.

Which is why I haven't received any comments or posts as of yet.. but I know that within the next 3 to 4 weeks there will be something worth commenting about.

funny how everyone kept on my ass about posting pics of my two Nirvana Ice ladies.. and when I finally got my camera back from my brother in-law.. and got them posted.. nobody even takes the time to check it out.. or comment on them?

Well, I ordered them when the Volcano irrupted.. so... it took around 11 days or so. But, I've ordered from Nirvana and Attitude banks..

and both banks have never let me down man. Even if it does take a little bit for the beans to get to me.. its worth it.. because I've never

had not one of my orders not get to me. Plus, every time I've made an order from either bank.. the seeds have always been viable and arrived

in great shape.

I can't speak for everyone on here... but I personally have never had a problem with either one of them.

Well, here we go.. got bored today and figured I would whip out the camera and take some new photo's for tomorrow's grow update on my current 'Ice' grow from Nirvana Seed Bank. Technically, I'm suppose to wait until tomorrow to update.. as I stated earlier.. but I'm bored and need something to do. So here we go! I'm going to spoil everyone (the ones that even care to see my grow, as there's not much too see just yet because both plants are only 22 days into flowering.. but just wait a few more weeks.. and then let's see who has the frostiest buds) and post the "update" for tomorrow.. a day early.

Ice is seriously bad-ass genetics. Old school Cannabis Cup winner.

Looking forward to seeing this one go. I'm a big fan of Nirvana. I might have to grab ice for a future project =]

and yeah, I highly suggest this strain to all my fellow growers for sure... fast growing strain; germination only took about 36 hours for both seeds to pop; once planted into the soil they both took about 3 days to sprout; they grew like wildfire during veg. too; then once I put them into flowering.. ehh it almost seemed like they slowed down.. but they didn't really.. they were just preparing themselves for flowering.. but once they started flowering.. holy shit! 'katie bar the door!'.

Also, during veg cycles, this strain LOVES Nitrogen. But don't over do it.. but they can take alot of Nitrogen.. and love it.

Sounds good man. Nirvana's genetics blow my mind too. AK-48 was my first bean and I swear it's their genetics that in the end make me look like I know what I'm doing.

Ice is one of those lovely strains of cannabis that, while sure it will level you with its bud, has earned its name through the sheer beauty of its health and vigor. I love it

I'll check by later tonight for those updates.

Those buds look like they're just about getting ready to explode.

Here's a couple of photo's that are suppose to be for this coming Friday's grow update but I got extremely bored today and figured I would go ahead and take some new shots of the 'Ice' sisters. I wasn't going to actually post them today, but once again I got bored with nothing to do so I figured I would go ahead and spoil the people that have kindly taken the time to watch this grow. so for the small group of ppl that may be watching this grow.. I do appreciate you guys watching.. and here's another little "photo update" of my ladies just for you guys. Just to spoil ya a little bit more.. hehe. Enjoy!

Both girls are on day #2 of week #5 of flowering; or; exactly 29 days into flowering and the buds seem to just keep getting bigger and bigger.. I can't wait until the calyx's start swelling up.. should be around week 6 or 7 before that happens. But when it does.. wow.. watch out now. Thanks for viewing.. and here we go!!!

? for you... Preference wise; do you strive to get Short Dense growth or do you strive for controlled growth (example, 2-3 inches between nodes)?

I ask due to my BlueMystics from Nirvana *Growth height = Low * being VERY dense and doing well..

Your Ice is classified as "Height = Medium"

Obviously your twins look fantastic! Just curious being that I am new to all this and am absorbing loads of information.

I've not gotten much feedback on my ladies, so in comparison; I wonder if I am doing something wrong..

Hey, I checked out your current grow and I couldn't see anything that looked out of place.. nor did I see anything wrong with your plants.

IMO, your doing a great job.. just keep doing what your doing... and eventually your plants will show their thanks to you.

So again, yours are looking good too.. just keep doing what your doing.

Decided to take a look and im curious to see what your plants final product looks like...from what ive gathered its a hell of a strain and if im not mistaking is expected to have a fuel like taste? good job dude they look nice and healthy!!!! grow on!!!!

Hey everyone.. I'm about to take new photos of my grow and then I'll be posting them today.

I have a question though.. Tomorrow is day #1 of week #6 of flowering and they both are doing great right now.. way better than I expected them to do.. but my question is.. what would you guys suggest I feed them.. to help fatten up the buds??

I've been using Molasses + water from veg.. all the way up to now.. and still plan on using it. I can tell a difference.. a slight difference in size when compared to my last grow, where I didn't use molasses at all.

But, there's gotta be something else I can feed the sisters.. to help fatten their buds up. And again, tomorrow starts week #6 of flowering.. and she'll be done and ready at the end of week #9 of flowering (hopefully). She may even need an extra week.. to make a total of 10 weeks. So, I'm not that far away from harvest.. and I'd like to start feeding them something to help fatten up the buds.. before its too late because at the start of week #8, I will only be giving them water.. as to help flush out the roots and soil.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions as to what is best to use.. to fatten up buds.

Alright, once again, for those who were nice enough to follow my grow and its progress.. here is another update with photos.. of the ladies. This is the first update, for the month of June (added that.. for my records.)

Well it is nice to see someone else on here using green light super bloom. Personally a would let it go another month then start to flush. As for a bud booster how much SB are you using right know on her. as for some other products cheap and locally go to walmart or similar store and get some African violet schults afican violet 8-14-9 or schultz bloom plus 10-54-10 and this should help put some bulk on.

what kind of light are they under?
