Hello,
I'm not to worried at the moment. Just curious.
I read the entire sticky about deficiencies. It's amazing. I just have a couple of odd questions.
I have a hydro drip and flood, with 50 gal Rez.
I recently moved from veg to flower. My Rez was nearly empty before the switch, so I topped off when I changed the lights. I was a little nervous because my PPMs were shooting up to like 1300 when the water was low. But nothing bad was coming about it. So I waited to top off, and switch lights, timers, etc. all at the same time.
For nutes I added 1/3 of general hydroponics kit. On only the "mild veg" reccomended dose. Plus my great white.
Now I'm noticing nitrogen toxicity a little bit in 1 plant, but defiantly not the other. Plus the leaves were coming in a much shader light of green this morning.
I'm just confused. My PPMs are at 950.(p.h 5. Which I'm being told is way to high, but still don't understand PPMs fully.
Currently not using RO water. It's +350 out of tap.
Thanks for any advice. A little skeptical on dumping some water and adding fresh to lower PPMs? Or just let it ride out for a couple days?
