Nitrogen deficiency? Pests and/or disease?

The first plant is a white widow and I've been having trouble with her yellowing and dropping leaves. I've been feeding her a lot but seems like she can't get enough nitrogen. PH issue? I don't adjust the water but 13 other plants look perfectly healthy.

The last pics are of one plant that is developing spots on her leaves and it seems to be spreading slightly. I had this issue last year in a different spot. It ended up spreading to a couple other plants but didn't seem to affect yield or quality too much. Using fox farm nutrients. Any help is appreciated.

That's actually been mentioned before. Like I said, last year it spread to other plants but I believe it was because I was touching the infected plants then others. Looks like I'll have to get some fungicide.

Thats leaf septoria for sure.
