I think it might be a lockout. There's brown tips, and the buds are darker than the rest of the plant. You might be choking it.
Can you write up how much of what you feed how often.

I don't know about the stuff your using but it looks to me like your a little light on more then N. I guessing your growing in coco you might check your ph. not sure how to fix your problem.

Coco A - 45 ml per 3.5 gallons
Coco B - 45 ml per 3.5 gallons
Rhizo - 7 ml per 3.5 gallons
Cannazym - 33 ml per 3.5 gallons
CannaBoost - 40 ml per 3.5 gallons
Cal-Mag - 7 ml per 3.5 gallons

2 liters every other day

So, thats a lotta stuff.
Me personally, I would cut everything back by 2/3.
I agree with Stumps, you should check the pH, if that is stable then maybe look at giving it some more of A or B whichever has N in it. Are you using distilled or RO water? if not I don't think you should have to use the Cal-Mag.
To let you know I run 30 plants on less than half of what your feeding your one, I have a 25 Gal cap.

ph is 5.9-6.1
actually just using water out of the faucet and let it sit over night
so cut cal-mag up the a or b? (whichever has more nitrogen)
i was just following the canna calculator on their webiste for what i feed them
and usually just water when the soil dries out which is usualy every other day

Try to get your pH down to 5.6 and get a full swing(up to 7.1-7.3)
I know and its tough. I did the same thin when I started Advanced Nutrients, and My plants went into the herb equivalent of a diabetic coma. I tried it with DynaGrow, and same thing.
For sure cut out the calmag for now. if you see spots forming on the leaves, I was wrong and you need to give them some. The watering I agree with too.
Try watering between feedings. I have never used cocoa so I'm not exceptionally versed, but the other info is pretty across the board.

Those so called feeding charts nutrient companies put out have screwed up more plants than anything.. You have to go by what the plant tells you.. They'll let you know what they need and when.
