Nitrogen Toxicity at 220ppm?

I’ve been growing a gorilla glue auto from ilgm and it’s been very good up until about yesterday. I started noticing the tips curling down like the claw so I’m thinking too much N? But at 220ppm? 80 of that being tap water. I use GH flora trio along with cal/mag and hydro guard in a 5 gallon dwc. I’ll attach a picture it looks like nitrogen toxicity but we’re on week 3 and only at 220ppm so I’m confused maybe it’s nitrogen deficiency and I need to bump up the ppm? Here is my indoor set up:

Tent: 32x32x64in
Light: Vivosun 600w full spectrum led
Air pump: 6w active aqua (I think)
Fans: 4in in-line cloudline connected to a carbon filter and 2 fans for air circulation
Light cycle: 18/6
Light was at 24in away
also air temp is around 75 degrees and res temp usually stays under 70

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m thinking maybe it’s my tap water or something? 7B225DA3-CE27-4F30-867C-D38F141409E9.jpegBAC21C65-1DC5-4828-B40C-3AC0F5724A04.jpeg61E465A7-BC18-440F-A352-3BA0107C539F.jpeg74783850-B7AE-4A64-A979-A634D19BD547.jpeg
also please ignore that plant on the right it was a disaster and I don’t wanna talk about it lmfao
