No till organic stealth cabinet grow

I'm doing a no till garden with about 15 worms eggshells apple core. coco choir, vermiculite, leaves, dandelion, coffee grounds, and tea. So my pH is really high so i wanna add lime juice to buffer it out to 6.5 but that problem is how often do I do that and how much. Another problem is being Stealthy with my cab grow I can't seem to find a good fan and carbon filter for it. Have and suggestions?
