Noob Question HELP

Ok cut a long story short I finished with the plant and tore it up and put in the trash with some old soil.Today the garbage truck rolls around and the dude takes the whole trash can and drives off with it.Now Im thinking what is the penalty for this if 50 find weed plants in my trash?I admit I am a bit paranoid about this all but I know there is no trace of any weed in the house what do you guys think???I am sorry for wasting your time but I would appreciate comments ---thanks

You're fine. First off, they don't go digging through garbage. Even if they did, they wouldn't necessarily know where it came from and the likelihood that they would even call the police is slim to none. They probably smoke too lol Don't worry about it!

What I've always done is just cut the root off, and ripped the bulk of the leaves off then threw it in to a bunch of shrubbery. In two days time that shit will look just like dead leaves and will blend in to the surroundings. I wouldn't worry about people finding it, but next time just run over that shit with your lawnmower and disperse it in your yard.
