Hi I'm new to Cannabis and this forum, just thought I would say hello and introduce myself. Will be lurking and reading through some threads. So far there seems to be a lot of spam and trolls here. Could anybody point me in the right direction to pertanant threads to help me educate myself.

The grow sections are really informative. And there's a newbies section you can ask questions as well. Or use the search bar and just look up questions you have.

That's partially true. I get my meds from an LP and no one is up my ass anymore. Mostly because I didn't turn into a 5th grader and retaliate calling them all turnip feet. lol.

My condition and my living arrangements don't allow me to grow. I have no interest in growing, but interested in trying cannabis to help with my conditions.

The medicating section is good too. I just put my ailment in the search bar and found a few old threads with people medicating with cannabis and went from there.
It's a little political in the Canadian Patients section but don't let the harsh delivery of some deter you. People are just passionate about what they believe in.

Welcome to the best site in the world!
Read everything, but stay away from politics, unless you are a glutton for abuse.
As far as trolls, they are everywhere, so best to ignore.
You'll have fun here just keep on reading, and ignore the assholes, there aren't that many here anyway (just maybe me)

Welcome Kate....I would read and read some more....you'll figure out in pretty short order who's who....pm when you can if you like...always nice to chat with another sister!

Thank you Ahemait, I must confess I came here to help educate myself on using cannabis. But after reading through some threads, it seems that there is a lot of hate and bulling in this community. Maybe it was a mistake joining, I figured being a patients forum there would be some compassion and people willing to help. But mostly found spam and trolls. I'll keep looking for information, but so far this community has only hate to offer. Kinda sad really, Sorry.

It's pretty easy to avoid. You see something you don't like from a member, you can ignore them. Then you don't see anything that member writes. Clears the fights out very easily.

That's been my experience as well.

The vocal minority seem to run the roost.
Also a heads up, if you have security concerns, you can't delete your profile/account on this site. I tried asking administration why but they just claim is outside their power.
If that sort of thing concerns you, I don't know.

If enough sane people stay active then the trolls will fade without regular feeding.

Thank you again HAF2, I'm not into politics at all. Just looking to educate myself. Maybe I stumbled into the wrong forum. I'll visit the medicating forum instead, Maybe they will be able to help me better.
