Northeast US flowering schedule outdoor

I'm in Northeast United states and my friends outdoor girl is already about 3 weeks into flowering yet it looks to be more sativa than indica. Also the heavy indica in the same area has barely any pistils? I'd Say judging by the indica/sativa ratio, flowering time for the plant 3 weeks in is probably no more than 10 weeks putting harvest date at the first week in October. This seems really early considering the mazar shariff(100% indica) he had outdoors last year didnt finish until almost november? Pics available if wanted

What's up man?

You or your buddy still growing Mazar i Shariff? I grow the Reeferman version, but it's not too common out there and have wanted to talk to more people who have experience with it as well.

Cheers

Last year in my area (Vacationland) it was rainy, and wet almost all of June/July. It seems this year, with all the sun, Plants are at least two wks ahead of last. I too harvested late; Mid OCT, but that was due to mold. They still could have gone two wks more. I was growing Early Misty and PPP. The Durban Poison I grew didn't even come close to finishing before it died from the cold.

All in all, I am hoping to harvest completely mature plants sometime this OCT. Hopefully, it'll be early OCT. This year its Pure Power Plant, White Widow, THC Bomb, and some Funky Sativa.

Hope this Helps
