Seems so ! yes !
Light burn indeed !! and you can see the brownish tips of the leaves ! You have probably been giving it too much nutrients !!
But definitely, light burn ! Reduce it
Find a way to lower the temperature and/or increase the circulation in the grow room or grow area if heat is the problem. Having a small fan blowing over the tops of your plants will help prevent hot spots from forming directly under your grow lights. If your marijuana plants are just getting too much light, try removing some of the lights or moving your lights further away from the tops of the plants.
When learning how to weed, it's best to try to keep things at a comfortable room temperature at all times for optimal growth. If it's too hot for you, it's probably too hot for your plants

Did you splash any nutrient solution on those leaves? If so, they may have burned a little. No, this isn't the "water droplet acting like a magnifying glass" myth... It's just that when some nutrient solution gets on a leaf when it's under the lights, the stomata are wide open; they essentially gulp up a big dose of fertilizer through their leaves. If it's more fertilizer than they need, it can cause burning.

Can you show a picture of the whole plant?

It's Nute burn !!! Nothing to worry about, just ease off on the nutes a little. you'll soon get to learn what level of nutes she likes :-)

You have what is call "nutrient splash" which comes from when watering the water is splashing up on to the leaves, Just be more careful when you water with nutrients. that should fix your issue

Well it seems Spicy is the only one who has any knowledge on this thread...I love how newbies come on here and in one thread ask a question, and in another think they know the answers...come on guys, if you don't have a clue don't answer with stupid shit...I've learned alot in the last year I've been growing, like, you can't really tell what the hell it is without a pic of the whole plant, as well as some close-ups of the prob...what you're doing is called guessing, if you guess wrong his plant dies...do you want someone "guessing" with your plants?????...I didn't think so...

With that being said, hey dark can you post a pic of the whole plant, cuz I'm gona have to agree with Spicy on this one...it looks like you spilled some nutes on her, my plants have the same thing in spots and it's caused by spillage of nutes...good luck man...
