Not enough light?

Im a total noob by the way. If i am trying to grow 3 plants in my closet. I have 3 lamps with 13w cfl in them. plus 1 75w plant light i bought from walmart hanging above. Should more be added or will that be sufficient enough?

I know for cfl lights its good to use the daylight 6500 k 26 watts from what i read on here, i just bought some today..
