These 2 plants are still not flowering (northern lights) but my other 2 are , different strain, should I move them to a different location were it gets less sun???

Moving them might help, but the bottom line is, they’ll flower when they’re ready!

you can try moving them, don't worry i have 3 plants i wish would be in flower outside and they aint

Aside from light deprivation there's not much you can do to make an outdoor plant flower before it wants to . Mother Nature is funny like that .

yes, try moveing them, i had some hindu kush taat were moved for watering and feeding behind a berry plant ad they flowered early, the only reason for it could be the shade they got from the bush
