Not sure on how to proceed

Through no fault but my own, for not catching it earlier, my flower tent had been rather bereft of plants a of late, but here recently the Fates have conspired to fill it up again.
Suffice to say I have 3 ladies that are ready to flower, once they've healed from their trimming. Presently they are in 3 gallon pots, about 12ltr for non Americans, i believe they're in ffof, and I want to replant them into 6 gallon bags. My soil experience is very limited and wasn't very successful when I last attempted it. I grow in coco now and am liking the results.

By this point I believe the soil should be fairly depleted of nutrition as she's been cut back at least once if not twice, should I replant them in more ffof or just use coco, as I'm accustomed to, and treat them like a coco grow?

Or 12 Shengs

I'd transplant them now into the final pots of FFOF. I'd also get some organic nutes, but I'm guessing you're giving them salts. Not that there's anything wrong with that,

Premake the new hole so the old rootball can just get dropped in undisturbed. And add Mykos if you have it.

Pics would make things easier too.

Hehehe, here's one of them. This was pre-trim. And honestly i don't feel like fighting with the lighting and everything to get post trim, although they could still use more trimming. Just trying to take it easy on them.

Yeah they were getting the Trio since the ffof ran out. Will straight ffof have flowering ratios? Is there a decent and cost effective alternative to 30.00 a bag? I know these girls are going to eat like mad!

She got fed before the trim but yeah she was hungry. That was the night I brought them home.

Update on the girls I brought home, one of them is still bumping along in veg, the other two are securely in flower. The two in flower are the only ones I have pics of right now.
These two are MLK4(a.k.a MK Ultra) on the left, and Widow Bomb on the right.

As far as their medium, I decided to just run with some mushroom compost enriched coco. I only water the entire surface once a week but I water the surrounding coco every other day to keep it moist. A bit of a balancing act to be sure, but they seem to like what I'm doing so far.
