Not sure what is giving me this disconfort of high. High thc or high cbd?

Hi all juat came to the site , last night i smoked my buddies weed. The high was very disconfort , my boody felt like muscle spas everywere. Not sure if this is due to having high thc and low cbd or high thc and low cbd. What is the ingrident im the weed that affects the boody like this is it cbd? Cause i was thinking of smooking, a weed with low cbd if cbd is the ingrident that affects your boody.

When I was younger (1965 or 66) I had some Panama Red that did that. I couldn't control the twitching... damn, I wish I could find that stuff again!!

just find some Reggie, id say brick weed but often times its not compressed anymore

Try drinking a high sugar drink if you get too high, i usually grab the arny palmers half and half iced tea lemonade but anything like a pop or fruit juice will help
