not sure what to do 1st CFL growbut not first grow

alright i have a small cabinet that measures roughly 1 ft by 1 ft by 2.5 feet i am planning on taking an old lamp and taking the assembly out of it to use as a raise-able light socket for my one CFL im not sure of the exact wattage but it is a fairly large bulb. I am not sure how to ventilate it nor am a sure how big of a pot to use for the plant. also is just one light going to be good enough for my one tiny plant the total yield doesnt matter at this point as i have an HID grow going already

Room to stretch their legs and my preferred light proximity. Hope this helps dude! I can't do an HID grow, this is my pet project till spring.

your box looks a little bigger then the box i have to work with but i can see how this will work im just wondering if the extra two gallon pots that i have from my HID set up are maybe a little to big for my box height wise or should i look for a somewhat smaller pot for the plant

I'd go smaller if you're going to do a complete grow in that small an area, that was just my veg box.
