Nothern lights, Help

Hey y'all, I running some hydro nothern lights, 2 600 hps sealed, temp 74 degrees.
CO2 as well canna nutes, the bud growth seems small, this is my 4th crop. Never seen so many leaves coming out of the buds.

You think so? There's tons of leaves coming out of the buds compared to my nblie dreams, I added Pk to this round I was thinking the bud weren't stimulated enough?

Hi what is you N at right now first off. Second they do look good and more leave area means more light absorbtion or them to work harder at night when they bud. MD
