Noticing mostly tiny fading patches on leaves and one larger faded patch

Hi Rollitup crew, this is my 2nd grow now and i've been noticing a slight problem for a few days. been reading diagnosis guides and looking at plenty of pictures but i'm not managing to make a confident diagnosis so don't want to take too much action without consulting more experienced growers. I'm trying out Shark Haze from Pure Seeds, in canna coco currently feeding half strength canna A+B under a 250watt cfl light, been feeding every other day while they're still small. Temperature in the tent has been maxing at about 29 celcius and not dropped below 27. Any help or suggestions would be of help.

Bugs give them a spraying of neem oil and you should be good to go.
