Nute burn or deficiency?

Hi Guys,

Seed planted May 30th
Strain: Granddaddy Purp
Medium: Coco
250PPM / 5.8PH avg.

I have markings on a few leaves on two plants. Do these look like a deficiency or nute burn? The powder on the leaves is Diametaceous Earth.

Any help is much appreciated as this is my second grow (lost my first to spider mites after flipping to flower..)

Perhaps a N deficiency. Also cant tell if that's fungus or residue from hard tap water...

Thanks. My runoff is higher than what I’m putting in so that’s what is confusing to me. The powdery look on the leaves is from Diametaceous Earth.
