nutrient 8-6-6 PLEASE help

I recently bought nutrient that is 8-6-6 its in liquid form is this ok for vegatation I'm growing indoors with flourescent lights it says to put one scoop per liter is this too much? And if it is what should I do to dilute it? Please help me pepple

That would be a good fertilizer to use the whole life of the plant.

Just follow the directions on the label as to how to mix it.
