Nutrient and Nute Help

Hey im a first time grower and need some help on nutrients and nutes. i have 3 plants that have been sprouted for a little over a week. What type of fertilizer should i use? what type of nutes? how much will nutrients and nutes help my plant. Please help thanks

Nutes = Nutrients = Fertilizers....all the same thing....just different names/nicknames.
