Nutrients def, bugs or mold/rot? What do you think?

So I try to figure out what is the problem. Looks like rot in my opinion or some kind of mold. But now I think maybe it is nut def? I use very weak nutrients like 3-6-6. http://www.interempresas.net/FotosArtProductos/P63459.jpg (This is not exact that I have, cause I have for flowering stage, but same brand). One small cup for 1L water, maybe I need made it stronger? Like two cups for 1L and I will get 6-12-12? And how often do I need water them? I scare water regular cause humidity is very high if I water... So try to get best information to save my crop... Cause I don't like how they look now :/

My plants is AK48, they are in day 26 of flowering. I have 250w HPS, now I remove my 3x23w CFL's, cause it looks I have light burns...

wow it looks like blight..if i remember right ther is no cure ,its in the transpirance system of the plant,it infects all plant cells it comes in contact wit...its not to bad now but has the potential to destroy yer crop...i think the best attempt would be to get your humidity down....imho.

don't know what blight is, plant wise, but dude that looks like rot.

You think same as I /// I don't know how to cure it. Hope it will not die till harvest...

But one thing what worry me is nutrients. I have very week nutrients 3-6-6 NPK... And for 26 days of flowering I use nutrients smallest dose for 4 times only... I think I beed more P and K 'cause i think my plants have deficiency ... Will try to give them something stronger...
