Nutrients lock or what?

Hi I have a plant with a problem….is 2.5 month old.i start with cfl and now run under fc3000 mars hydro….
The plants has red steams,tacoing,sharp edges look up……the light is 45-50 at 30% for now.i had it on 50 % 2 weeks before but the problem is there…I use advanced nutrients (micro grow bloom cal mag)perfect ph.the down leaves is match better from a top…can help me someone please….thanks

Either back off the light distance. Or if your stay at 24 inches run 30 40% power. Veg does not like all that intense light. 100% power at 24 or 12 inches is for flower.

I leave my light on 100% but I start my plants far away and let them grow towards the light and start weaving at 24 inches, so they have time to acclimate.

What is your room temp outside the tent? The air that's drawn in. How much air do you move per minute? What is your air exchange process?

Thanks for your tips.....i run in a pass with hps 400 with air tube light but never I had see this before...the room Temps is 20c max (day) and 17c (night) is the night light is always on...now for the air I don't know nothing.....i have I big fan down to move the air and one small on the top of the plant...I don't have fan to puss air inside but the room have open door
