O.G Kush Hempy Bucket

Hey Everyone, Im back with another grow journal and this time around im going with O.G Kush that i got as a freebee from dinafem. Shes about a month old and if i weren't so dumb she would be a whole lot healthier. I didnt have any more FFOF soil to start this girl so instead of going to the store and buying more i got lazy and reused the soil from my bagseed attempt.

needless to say im still paying for that mistake. But things look alot better after i transplanted her to the 3g a week ago.
Her leaves are still droopy but i think 1 or 2 more weeks to recover and shell be ready to flower for me. I topped her 2 days ago and im planning on dropping in the screen in about a week ill do some LST before i add it though.

Its been two weeks since transplant and shes finally starting to take off (thank god). Ill add the screen either tonight or tomorrow, give her another week to fill it and hopefully be ready to flower by Fri or Sat. The branching on her seems perfect for scrog its only gonna take some good ol' TLC on my end to make it all happen.

Looking healthy! I'll be following along on your OG Kush grow, as I'm growing one from Royal Queens Seeds myself! She can be finicky, but once you figure out what she wants, it's easygoing from there!

Thanks man and sorry for the late reply just been caught up with all of this holiday stuff. getting some good vibes about this kush i think she gonna turn out real nice.

i put the screen on yesterday and things look pretty good to start flowering in about a day or two. Shes extra bushy with tight node spacing, some before screen and after pics, enjoy.

I was wondering if you were taking a break for a bit then I seen OG kush in your sig. Looking great, you decided to stick with the 3gal again it looks like. I think the production was on par with the 5gal and will help to limit the
amount of nutes you use through the grow.

She looks to be a beautiful girl, nice and stocky with plenty of branching. She should really shine in your scrog setup bro. Looking forward to this!

Whats up SS! just been really busy is all. Cant wait for the holidays to be over already lol. I like the 3 gallon better all around, my yield was on par with the 5 gallon and i used half the nutes.

Sorry for the delay but doesn't really matter cause this is where a grow starts to get good anyhow.
Day 14 flowering and seems like shes all done stretching. The screen filled in nicely and shes got a nice pine smell to her already.

Day 19 flowering, Things are starting to pick up ive seen a big increase in growth these past few days and im really liking the smell thats coming off her, its really piny kinda like a christmas tree.

Man you got some sick coverage there SS. Was she very stretchy? I've heard some OG's are. Looking excellent.

Love a good pine smell. Miss that old school smell and taste.

Thanks Stone. I heard the same of the OG. IMO her stretch was a lil more then the norm im used to but nothing too crazy and fortunately for me i flipped while she was on the smaller side so its all working out decent with this strain. On another note her tops are starting to fill in nicely and shes starting to get real frosty with this whole polar vortex going on! Planning on taking some pics later for a lil update.

Day 27 flowering: Just about half way there. Looking to start my next one probably next week, im debating what strain to do next im thinking either another Blue Thai run or i might try out a Green Poison bean i got as a freebee. They're both indica so im torn as to which one to pick lol.

Its day 35 Flowering and im thinking it'll be around 3-4 more weeks before the chop, im really impressed with this OG, shes got an amazing lemon diesel smell to her and reminds me of the kush i smoked years ago. The trichomes are starting to stack up on this one thats for sure. I stopped giving her liquid koolbloom and started feeding bloombastic for these last few weeks, first time im trying the stuff and i must say its working pretty damn good so far. The NPK is 0-14-15, the only beef i got with it is the price, 25 dollars for 80ml.

Damn that bloombastic looks to be doing a fine job. Those are going to be fat as they finish up. Looks like a nice dense bud structure too.
