Obama in violation of federal law.

Every spring an administration is required by law to submit its regulatory plans for the year. Obama, however, has refused to submit this report perhaps afraid of how badly it might impact his prospects for re-election.
The spring 2012 Regulatory Agenda is supposed to be submitted so that both Congress and the nation can get a handle on the regulatory changes the president intends to make. It is a requirement imposed by the Regulatory Flexibility Act as well as Clinton era Executive Order 12,866 — an order that President Obama reaffirmed last year.

This report is supposed to be submitted to Congress between October and April. Obama still hasn’t satisfied this lawful requirement.

They dont know what the tax rates will be next year, they dont know what the regulations will be, they dont know what crazy new tax or taxes will be hatched... I dont blame them.

What a joke. What will they do if there is a crazy new tax or a new regulation? Simply not continue? opt to bail out and sit by the pool? This is yet one more bullshit excuse - ohh, we don't know what is going to happen next.

I am turning a profit... taxes havent kicked in yet. When you actually own your own business it is not taken out of your paycheck weekly... The more you post the more I think you are 14 years old.

Congress hasnt passed a budget in over 3 years and massive tax hikes are just on the horizon if no legislation can be passed to block them. Add them on top of Obamacare and many businesses will be hard pressed to survive.

And many stupid people will be happy when more businesses close their doors and more people hit the unemployment line because they are too envious of the producers of America to realize that that is where their paycheck also comes from.

yes, roads that aren't clogged with traffic and bumpier than a whore's pussy help. as does a well educated work force and a location that is safe and well protected.

minor details in any business though. it's all about a 3% marginal tax rate change. and $0.10 extra per pizza so that all of your employees have their health covered.
