October funk promo - only 2 free seeds???

HI SO I HAVE REPLIED TO ONE OF THE THREADS, just thought this will be a more appropriate place to inform the people who ordered for the promo PRESS THE LINK: https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/373039-attitude-october-promo-droped-blueberry-2.html I ORDERED FROM THE TUde on the 2nd of october and paid on the 4th, spend $130 and got some kick-ass strain (5x deadhead og from cali connect and 6x 3d from tga seeds + 3 ufo freebies lemon skunk, sharksbreathe and sourcream +3 funk promo kandy kush, pineapple express and blueberry gum. so i was so proud of what i ordered and was looking at my receipt like everyday (dispatched on the 4th same day i paid) i double check the receipt im expecting since they screwed on my first order, everything was all set and just feeling excited and all. after reading the post i link i was feeling this people's complain about the blueberry gum not on there receipt, on my part i was confident that its on my receipt since i was checking it everyday. and to my surprise finally checking it they took out the blueberry gum. so people check ur receipt if you are one of the few who is experiencing this. i already emailed rachel, waiting for the reply. i dont know if they are replacing it or just a system glitch or they just decide not to give the blueberry and leave us hanging like this without informing. i knw its just one seed but i paid for what is stating on the promo. on top of that i was missing 3 seeds from the first order.

Same here, just checked. All I know is that they'd better replaced it with something else. Because at the time of the order, that BG was on there and clearly included. So a substitute should be in order. If not, I consider that pretty dishonest, freebie or not.

It clearly states on there site that if they run out of a particular freebie they'll normally substitute something else in it's place.

We shall see when the order gets here. I'll keep everyone informed on what comes in.

I hate ordering from seedbanks and not get the freebies i expected. Because as soon as u complain everyones tellin u ur an ass for dissn there fav site and freebies werent guaranteed lol.... False advertising if u ask me...If u tell me bluberry gum free and that adds to the reason i ordered in the first place u better fuckn give me blueberry gum!!!

already got an email from rachel and she told me not to worry and it would be included on my order...well see then i will update this in time my order arrives. and yes i agree, i was not suppose to order seeds since i just ordered sept. only went on with this order because of the free quality seeds they giving away and i need to get the missing querkle they promised to send on my next order...since the 5 seeds did not pop at least i have 1 more to try...not to mis-lead this thread with germination.
has any1 of u emailed them regarding this issue?

do they usually give the seeds that runs out from the same breeder? pls do update since i get my seeds at least 3 weeks

i just got a response from her...i mean yeah i did send her a link here at riu pertaining to this issue, and they owe me 3 more seeds from last months offer + the 5 dud querks, so fucked they have to give me customer service if they want my loyalty

There customer service BLOWS period! I ordered, they came they were smashed in the package, she said we will make it up to you, so I waited, nothing?
now there is no responce from them, Suprised? NO, I'm not the only person to have problems with them, but there are alot of ball lickers that will strock there dicks on here, telling you there ok......

I've only ordered from em once but it all turned out good. They all came intact and they all sprouted. I emailed her about it and she said they would be in my order but since I didn't find out and email her till after they were shipped I'm not sure how she knows for sure if there gonna be in the order.

Also how did you get the magus genetics exile seed for free? Don't you have to spend like 160 bux to get that?
