If putside it could be cannabis septoria ( a fungus), or prehaps a p/k issue.
Please post your grow specs to help narrow down the problem.

Indoor / outdoor
Medium.
Nutes.
Temps day / night
Ph
Rh
Lights
Pots / drainage
When did the problem start ?

Fingers crossed that we can find a solution for you ;)

I just transplanted them 10 day ago and put them in 5 gallon fabric pots sitting on elevators

now the ph might be the problem checked it out of the tap 6.8 checked it this morning just before making new Nutella and was 8.3 was thinking oh meter might be pooched I have never seen it that high out of the tap before but who knows it might be
will be getting new ph meter today
Can high ph cause this problem ?

Makes you wonder what other kinda shit is in there also!!
Seriously. My tap water at my last spot had a TDS of almost 250ppm and 7.8ph @ room temp. I know that's "acceptable" for drinking water but it always made me wonder what was floating around in there!

My new spot is half the TDS and consistently 6.8ph in the same city so it really makes me question how much the old pipes at that last spot were affecting my water.
