Odd seedling growth anyone ever seen this?

I have 2 odd growing seedlings I have never saw this before.

I know. Its 2 different ones the one has a single leaf where the new growth should be i have no idea how it will create more branches looking like that. And the other one has that weird stick growth

Did they come in radioactive packaging? That one might be a twin but still would be mutated

Nope just bag seed. Bud was cherry pie grown indoors no males present to pollinate but somehow some pollen got into my buddys grow room. So its cherry pie crossed with something
