Odd seedlings

So I germinated my seeds, Big bud, in a paper towel until the tap root was about 1/4th of an inch then put them in my rockwool cubes that were presoaked with a bottle feed into them. They sprouted for the most part, but they are humped over, kinda like they are curling back up. I thought it was the weight of the seed still on them so I carefully took the seed off 2 of them. Kinda got a few purple spots on the stem and are about 1/2 inch tall. Is this normal? Im running bubbleponics with 315W CFL right now.

Hmmm do you have pics? If you have had water on them this whole time you could be drowning them. Remember don't kill your plants with kindness. Leave them alone. Do you like to be poked and prodded all the time? Just kidding LOL

What do you mean 'you took the seed of 2 of them?
Are you just left with the taproot?
Or did you just remove the outter shell?
Correct me if i'm wrong, as far as i am aware the seedling gets nutrition from the inside of that shell.

just the outter shell. it seemed to be weighing them down? Other forums say to keep the water running. The rockwool isnt soaking wet or anything

Every time i try that the seedling ends up AFU! You should only keep the rockwool moist, so it has a LITTLE weight to it. Rockwool will hold H2O for an enormous length of time. And I hope you are feeding your little gal pH water adjusted to 5.8?

:peace:
