Odd veg smell.. Help!

Hey, guys/gals. I have started vegging 2 plants that I will be making mothers into and vegging for quite a long time with some t5HO's probably 3 or 4 months to get enough good quality cuttings off of. That being said.. I have a room mate complaining that the whole apartment smells like cat piss... Is this possible? I dont smell it but they swear that the whole places smells like cat piss...

The plants (1 Holy Grail Kush & 1 Kandy Kush) are only about 5 inches Tall can the really be puttin off this odor by themselves?

Tell your roomate you pull his snoz outta his ass, or get the fuck out.

I seriously doubt that 2 plants can stink up a whole apartment, especially if they're only 5 inches tall, I have 3 plants that are 2.5ft tall and I can't smell them, neither does my wife, and believe me she would tell me for sure., I'd sugest you tell your room mate to move.

or maybe there is a cat pissing in your apartment building

I appreciate the feed back guys. The room mate doesnt know about my plants.. no one but you guys do, and thats because I dont trust anyone with secrets like that.. I dont wanna be robbed or w/e so i keep that stuff on the hush... As far as the smell.. The plants do put off a smell.. but I cant smell it unless im right on the plants and it doesnt smell like cat piss to me, more like pine-sol / lemon zest.. and again.. only right on top of it...

I was just concerned because I have limited experience with indoors and was thinking maybe Im just use to the smell which is why I couldnt smell it through out the household.

As far as the cat pissing goes, turns out the floor rugs she brought from her old house... her dog pissed on the rug and the smell apparently set into the carpet so the odor was coming from that..

Again thanks for the feed back guys.. I was starting to think, that I have some kinda bacteria or something going on because of the supposed ammonia smell.
