If its legal then go for it. But the landlord can kick you out if he doesn't approve but as long as your paying the bills to the place I'm sure he won't care.

Enough carbon filters to replace the size of the room in 5minutes.. umm soo you will need some kickass fans. Cooler temps will also help and at the least just make sure all air leaving the building is put thru a filter or 3.

If you're growing in a warehouse for commercial purposes, why don't you just throw up some 2x4 framing and drywall to make separate areas and go with completely enclosed with Co2.

Inside each room, have a Can fan and Can 100 or something along those lines to keep the room itself from getting to dank.

You'll need some form of AC for each room. A 3 ton split AC unit should be good for about 10k watts. You'd be much better off running it like that. It will be clean, controlled and fairly easy to breakdown when your finished there. You'll also need several commercial dehumidifiers to deal with the humidity but you'll eliminate a lot of insect/fungus issues you'll likely run into without the clean rooms.

Disclaimer: This advise only applies given you are growing legally and I do not advise or condone the growing of cannabis for anyone in a manner that goes against the laws of your local and federal governments.
