ok i need some help or ideas

been growing for 10 plus yrs. never seen my plants this bad so i need advice

What type of medium; soil or hydro? - hydro and soil
What brand and type of soil? - foxfarm
Indoors or outdoors? - indor
How old are the plants? - 1 month to 2 weeks
What type of lights and how many watts? t5 -240 at 18/6
How far from the lights? - 10 to 6 "
What is your watering frequency and source of water? every other day right now, filtered water
What, how much and when was it fed? NPK? GH nuts @ 2-1-1 ppm at 350
What is the medium/runoff pH and PPM if in hydro? 5.8 / 340 ppm - plain water in soil
What are the temps and humidity in the room? 68 at night 72-74 day HAVING HARD TIME KEEPING HUMIDITY ABOVE 50% WITH THE LIGHT ON. I GOT WATER SPAYED ON EVERYTHING PLUS A HUMIDIFIER

What size pots? 6" rockwool

What have you changed nutrient wise? I'd think after 10 years experience the dark glossy leaves would be an obvious sign of nitrogen toxicity/overfeeding.

Must be an issue with the mother plant if they are all stunted.
