Ok I took a clone off White Widow.

I took 2 clones off her and knocked it one over with my elbo and broke it in half. I am broke so I am using just tap water. Its been the same looking for almost a week and a half, still green and sucks up alot of water. I am wondering how long will it take to grow roots if its even going to grow roots. Its still green and not droopy but it looks the same as I cut it. I think the stem where I cut it is swelling, this mean it will grow roots anytime soon?

I guess I should have used rooting gel?

if its still green ur ok... i never cloned but if i seen my stem swellin up... i would think that its rooting... so u dint use any kind of rooting hormones???

Yea, takes forever that way, two weeks minimum, you're lookin at more like 3 or 4 if its cold.

Really? Ya its green as it was when I cut it. And I do keep it between 78-85 degrees. No dome but I keep misting it often.

No cloning gel what so ever, I cut it with a razor once then cut it underwater again at a 45 degree. And there it sits....

Yea, I done it. took a minimum of two weeks at that temp with just tap.
I didn't notice the cut swelling, what I saw were little white nubs that turned into roots but took much longer then using rapod rooter cubes and clonex.
