Ok So I got my Enviro Light 125 W...

I got my light for veg and i got my seeds (KC BRAINS california special). Before i germinate them and plant them, i need to know how to fit this bulb in my small veg cabinet. I mean how do you hang it from the top? do i need to buy a lamp or what? Im in the United KIngdom. this is the light im using its got screw cap not bayonet.

yo im form the uk too m8. i got my bulbs from ebay.

All i did id plug it in and dangle the bulb from the top of my grow room.

you need a ceraminc E40 light socket for that bulb.

Either get one and fit it yourself, or if I were you, I would buy a cheap single lamp envirolite reflector. Only about 20 quid I think. Just plug it in and grow!

As Snowwhite has said... You will need a cramic e40 Holder, And yes the easiest way and most efficient use of the light is with a reflector..Ebay being the cheapest and easiest accessable source.

DO NOT hang the light in the grow area as it will danlge vertically and waste the majority of its light output.

These things emit most of their light from the sides, and using Enviro CFLS you want as much useable light as poss.
Reflectors are essential if youre going to use CFL type lights...Get a reflector with an e40 socket, Make sure the bulb lays horizontally or make a DIY reflector (see the Grow guides there are instructions there) after you get a socket from an electrical store.
