On average how much does one plant yield (growing outside)

From what you have experienced while growing outdoors, how much on average did your plants yield while being grown in sunlight, outdoors?

This is such a dumb open question, is like asking America can I name a continent after you..?
Look to your grow experience as a guide, forget all that crap you hear, go with a pile of books, dirt, and some seeds, I 've been growing now since the early 1970's and every grow is different, so is yield

Maybe some people want to know how many plants to grow to get a certain amount, bet you didn't think of that. Yes I surely will go out of personal experience in years to come, but I lack that ability right now.

Any question to do with yield will get the moron patrol to come in and give you the dumbest replies possible. They think the question is dumb, but they are in fact the idiots. There is nothing wrong with the question. Even if we can't answer the question accurately there is nothing dumb about the question.

Local climate would play a lot into how big they get. Locally I would expect a 4-8ft plant with an average of 1/2 to 3/4 pound. In Jamaca they would get about 2 ounces per plant from the same strain outdoors (they are on 12/12 cycle year round.) In other areas of the country you may have another month of grow time vs my local, so your plants could reach larger sizes and weights...

Ok I'll try again, Dude There is a lot of factors involved, grower exp and strain plays a large factor. Do you plan on growing huge trees or many small plants?

How hard is it to hit the 5-10 pound plant goal if you start them indoors in October and put them out once spring hits? I imagine with the right setup and basic know how you could hit 5lb plants with ease doing it that way.

This is all assuming legal grow, your land, research, no extreme disaster type shit going on xD

That's funny because on average most average first time growers pull about a pound outside...growing in a large hole filled with happy frog... I know most about a pound comments are jokes but in this case that may very well be the answer... first time I grew outdoor I averaged about a pound... no joke!! I also know it depends on where you live but in America I'd say a pound a plant is average.
