one plant good/ the outher not so good

I started these from seed (super skunk)71 days ago in the last two weeks the one started going bad,both plants in the same soil same nutes same water &temp 84c for 18/76c for 6/ph of water 6.5 ,started with 600w mh lights they got to hot so went to c f l -I bought a new grow tent with twice the room and put the mh lights back in have oscilateing fan going 24/7

im having the same problem and my soil ph is to low ,add lime it should help
