i always see TONS of craigslist (and other sites) ads up for delivery services and collectives etc.

How legit/legal would it be to run an online delivery/collective in which DONATIONS (like literally a paypal donation button) are made online (via paypal or similar) prior to delivery.

that way upon meeting there is no cash/mj transaction. just LITERALLY a delivery.

how legal would this be? since prop 215 says collectives can take donations only wouldn't accepting donations online in turn for free mj delivered be a 100% legit and safe service (to drivers and clients)?

just an idea i wanted to bounce around with the owner of the collective i work for (recently they've had lots of attempted robberies and several other issues all related to the standard delivery process) but first wanted to run it past you guys first so i dont sound like an idiot when i bring this up to him later today when i go to work

ideas on how this could be legit? or if it would be considered legit? no cash/bud exchanges would be safer for our drivers and im pretty sure it would look better in the eyes of the law too

also is this a grey area im talking about? or is it clearly defined somewhere in the law of 215 that says this is illegal?

id assume its not illegal based on how things work already.
