Opinion on this ailment?

Hey guys

So this fella is 7 days old and over the last 2 days noticed the leaves becoming a more pale green and noticed on of the leaves starting to get that kink in it and im sure the other leaf wont be far behind.
Only watered once since it sprouted and soil is still pretty moist up the top, haven't added any nutes as of yet so I doubt its any nute burn but perhaps maybe a deficiency? But can you get such a deficiency 1 week in? Running big 130W cfl about 10cm from it, and it's in a 10L pot. If anything the ph of the water I've used has been a lil high 7.2ish.

Anyone out there experienced this and wanna contribute their 2 cents?

Doesnt say what the mixture of the soil is or how many hours a day your feeding light.....or how much water you added to the soil at your one watering.Looks to me like the container its in is too large for the plant thats in it. Youll drown it if you add too much water at a young age.
As as far as the soil goes, if you already nutrient rich on a sprout there may be issues relating to intake to avalible ratio.
Could also be a wayyyy over lighting issue. 130w cfl at ten inches, thatll flower a plant.
Looks to me like theres alot of problems and they all could be grouped into lack of expirience.
