Optimal Amount of Plants in Grow Room

Hey guys i'm growing in a 2x2x5'3 tent, using hydro buckets for this grow. Before getting started I was trying to decide if I should run one big plant or two medium sized plants. I'm in it mainly for the quality as this is for personal use, but I would like a decent yield to tide me off until the next harvest. Would running two hydro buckets in this tent be too crowded for the plants? What is the best choice for me?
