Organic and soiless mix options?

So I’m gonna be transplanting a few plants..
I’m doing a soiless grow on one plant ,
I’ll be using sunshine#4 grower mix but can I add some worm castings and how many parts sunshine to worm castings?

maybe 3 parts sunshine to 1 part EWC?

Also for my organic grow I’ll be using the sunshine aswell .. which would be ..

4 parts sunshine
3 parts bagged potting mix
1 part ewc&malibu compost mix
Optional: extra perlite 1-2 parts

What would be a good ratio of sunshine to EWC to be used with hydroponic flora series
