organic help please

someone told me that if you start your seeds out doors and leave them that way that they will become stronger and its organic too my question is how do i start growing from germinated seed out doors i already planted them in cups and wraped plastin over the cup and put them on my deck am i doing enything wrong? any tips on how to keep my seedlings alive once they pop out such as sun burn and wind?

just gradually introduce them to outside. Leave them out for like 6-8 hours and bring them back in. Do this until they're 3-4 inches.

Once they break the soil take the plastic off and let them grow till big enough to plant.
I would get them around a foot before I planted in the ground.
You don't need to harden seedlings off they will do just fine in the sun if started in the sun.
Only time you need to worry about the suns intensity is with any clones or seedling started indoors.
Most wind you don't need to worry about unless its very strong then I would shield them or bring them in..
You want them to get knocked around a bit so they grow up nice and strong tho.
