Organic PH up PH down Does it really work

I started with a regular Poland Spring water then added vinegar couple drops Ph when down alot the same cup added baking soda Ph when back up it works for me all the time I was trying to keep it simple with easy to find items so please share what works for you name the products you used

Sulfur & lime > vinegar & sodium.

It works but it's not really better. Something about the salts in big quantity especially with the baking soda.

But it will work. I did it for a while.

I just used something with fulvic acid for down and silica for up
