organic soil and lights question?

i rather grow my a little week old OGkush clone in roganic soil.
so heres what i have earthgro mixed with some sand pertalite and some other soil i grabbed out of a planter with a succesfull tree growing in it.
any suggestions?
also i have a 60watt light over it rightnext to my window so it gets day light also.
also any suggestions, im kinda confused if im doing everything correctly.
my leaves in the middle might be under stress or i watered it to much because some leaves are bedning upward alot and alittle and some other leaves are making a v shape, help????

i would say that the leaves are doing 1 of 2 things. 1, they are stretching from the lack of light or 2, they are stressing from heat trying to narrow there surface area from the light. if its a 60 watt compact flouro or the tube kind you can get it fairly close to the plant without heat being a problem. if you have it close already i would say its a heat issue.
