Organic!!!!

Hello everyone, this is my first grow still. I am waiting on the beauties to mature. I have been using strictly organic mulch that has been aging for two years. I haven't had to add store bought things. It has turned out to be a good plant. I also added worms to my soil to help my roots. I haven't had any infections nutrient imbalance now so everything is going smooth. BUT now time is coming for harvest!!!! (I am wondering around about when do I need to harvest it)? They have developed the wonderful skunk smells. I'll tag some photos so you can see. Any help would be appreciated....;-)

Your plants still have white pistils growing on the buds; they are not ready yet. When all the white pistols recede and the buds swell a bit then it's about 10 days or more to ripen them. You really should physically see the trichome heads to determine their color: they go clear to cloudy then Amber. Most growers strive for about 20% Amber trichomes which many believe is the peak of potency. If you wait to ten weeks if bloom phase most strains will finish by that time but you need a scope to see the heads they are so small. To venture a guess I'd say you've got another 3-5 weeks to go, Hope that helps

That did help, they have started swelling here in the last 2 days. I am just excited!!!
I feel ya man, i'd say probably 100% of us when we first had our first flowers pulled too early, but you gotta be patient, those REALLY develop all the terpines, flavors, scents, and smells the last 14-20 days, which in my opinion you probably have at least 14-20 days

they look good, but you'll see a visible sparkly difference when those heads swell and turn a lil color, and contrary to popular belief you don't wanna pull when they are all cloudy, you want to pull when some are amber, for sure.

It really is hard to be patient but I got this far I think I can wait. I just love seeing the way they swell and beautify...

It's not nute burnt it is the lighting I have off to the side of it. It is reflecting off my leaves. I haven't had any yellowing of my leave or anything like that. This was a testing trial experiment as you could say lol!!! You made me almost run to my plant to check it out lol. :peace:
