Outdoor grow in Costa Rica.

Hello growers,

Just wondering about the right time to do outdoors in Costa Rica, since it's so much cheaper than indoors..
I'll tell you this, down here there's dry and wet seasons, so meaning six months of rain and six month of sun. The sun (which is what we look for...) starts at the begging of December and ends with the first rain, probably by May. They would be getting at least a good 13 hours of sunlight and about 3 or 4 direct sunlight. Costa Rica is 10 degrees north and 84 degrees west.
With this parameters, Would I be doing things right if I transplant clones or seedlings by the middle of december out in 5 gallon pots?

look at the farmers almanac it gives you daylight hours based on longitude and latitude and is very useful to find out when to do what with your plants for flowering or veg.
