Outdoor growing flowering

Hello fellow growers
I was planning to do an outdoor grow but i learned that the plant wont go into flowering until late summer.
Also i know that indoor growers put their light scedule for flowering 12 hours on light and 12 hours off.
Will an outdoor plant go into flowering by itself and if not how can i make it, also i live in Europe next to mediterranean sea.My plant is NOT an auto

As daylight decreases the plant will go into flower on it's own
