Welcome to RIU. The answer to your question is it is hard to say from the info given. Our babies don't need much direct sunlight if any but they do need bright light. Sounds strange reading it but these plants in the wild find themselves in difused light most of the day at best. The most important part of the light IMHO is to have the most direct light early in the morning, the reason for this is to dry the plant off quickly after sunrise to help avoid mold.
If you are not sure of the amount of light you will have for your plants you might consider bagseed in the beginning or some less expensive seeds. This way if it doesn't turn out well it is not a big financial loss and will give you lots of knowledge for your future grows.
Good Luck and Happy Growing

Give it a try. Keep it out of sight from neighbors and you should be good. Find an early finnishing outdoor strain. So after all your work all year long you will have something that will be done on time.
