Outdoor rodent pressure

I lost 150 of 196 plants to rodents. I have never seen anything like this before. I transplanted the rest Into pots and brought them inside to my grow room to reveg. Most of the saved ones had been partially eaten. The only green living things to eat in my dry mountains. Any suggestions? Are my outdoor grows over?

What kind of “rodent”? I’ve had issues with rabbits, and pack rats. About the only thing you can do is put wire around the plants.

I get rats in my garden and they eat my fabric pots. They don’t seem to mess with the plants tho…at least from what I can tell. I am going to dig these up this winter and set in redwood planters and let them chew on that for awhile lol.

Could it be deer? They chomped my plants one year so I put up a fence.

Try dusting the outside of the pots with cayenne pepper.
